Intrinsyc Announces “Symbian Ready” Location-Based Services Validation for its Destinator Navigation Software

Destinator one of the first LBS applications to be certified as “Symbian Ready” in Symbian technology validation program

London, UK and Vancouver, BC – November 26, 2008 – Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a leading provider of mobile and embedded software solutions, today announced that a version of its Destinator navigation product for Symbian OS™ has been validated under the Symbian Ready for Location Aware Applications program. The program drives quality improvements in the design and development of products and solutions for Symbian OS, ensuring quicker time to market for handset manufacturers creating Symbian smartphones.

Destinator for Symbian smartphones is a feature rich onboard client navigation application specifically designed to be implemented as a branded solution and enables deep handset integration to provide a compelling consumer navigation experience. Intrinsyc is leading the way by combining location with a series of value-added features, such as text message location tagging and auto re-routing based on traffic information.
